I'd like to thank you for the work PakMail facilitated in getting our family heirloom (a 150-year-old wooden Secretary) shipped from my stepmother's apartment in Cincinnati to our home here in Byron, IL. It arrived here in as good condition as when it left Cincinnati.
In the course of closing up her apartment, it was necessary for us to have all the furnishings cleared out of the apartment by April 30th. We contacted you on my visit to Cincinnati in late March. You promptly came out to the apartment to give us a fair estimate and sign the contract, arranging for the movers to come out, pack up the secretary, and carry it to the truck. They picked it up within the required time frame.
Craig, I particularly appreciated your personal attention and involvement to make this move successful---not only in coming to the apartment with the movers to pick up the item, but also in your phone calls to keep us up-to-date on the progress. The movers (Christ and Gerald) kept us updated by phone and arrived as promised, carrying that secretary into our house.
(Just to let you know, PakMail was NOT the mover originally recommended to us by an old family friend in nearby Wyoming, OH. But you WERE recommended to me for shipping this size item by 2 of his Cincinnati-area moving firms that I contacted).

I carried away about 20 large plastic bags of peanuts alone, and have bags and bags of bubble wrap. The stuff looks great in the townhouse we have, though I could have shipped less. Thought we would need everything as intended to be in an unfurnished place. They are not easy to find in Paris, due to tenant laws I found, so the essentials are already in the place we have.
I have been sincerely impressed with the way you have handled my move to Paris, and the way you have adjusted to changes as they have come up.

“I wanted to take a moment to compliment you on my continuing outstanding experiences with your company. Having used your Pak Mail location three times now, for some terribly unwieldy “packages” I am pleased beyond all expectations.
My first experience with Pak Mail was shipping a 6-foot long box weighing over 100 lbs from Ohio to the west coast. I tried it myself first and after UPS damaged the product and it taking nearly two months of photos, paperwork and hassles to receive reimbursement for my claim; I repaired the merchandise and I came straight to you.
You created a custom package that arrived on-time and intact in California in no time flat. My eBay customer was very happy. And it cost me less than when I tried it myself!
The second time was even better, in that I didn’t bother trying it myself. The padded 4’x5’ crate that you made protected the sensitive 200 lbs. equipment with ZERO damage. My eBay customer was surprised at how little the handling/shipping costs were when he opened the box. She wanted to know who I used and said she plans on using her local Pak Mail now, too. Too bad she wasn’t from around here!
This last time was a doozey! You picked up my 6’x 5’ product in your truck (talk about full-service) and I never had a doubt. I phoned my eBay buyer in Nevada and he confirmed that everything was perfect, “although it was a little long in getting there.” He said the packaging was perfect and so well-made, that he used it as the table-top for the equipment he bought from me!
And that’s not all! I was completely shocked by the partial rebate you gave to me, from the transport company for being so long in delivering it! You guys had tracked that shipment and filed for the investigation and refund without me even asking! What service!
From now on Mr. Cooper, your Pak Mail branch is the only packaging and shipping company I will ever use. Thank you for such excellent quality and service. If you ever need a reference, don’t even hesitate to have your prospective customer call me!”
