| Recently, a Fortune 10 computer hardware/consulting firm migrated their customer’s data center from Cincinnati to Atlanta. After providing them quotes, they asked us to be their packing/shipping vendor of choice for this unique and important project. Timing and reliability were critical. Down time had to be kept to an absolute minimum. High value servers and other equipment were “unplugged”, picked up, professionally packed and expedited to the new data center, guaranteeing overnight delivery by 8:30 am.
We participated in company conference calls, met all last-minute urgent needs, selected the appropriate shipper and coordinated all invoicing through their centralized accounting contact. Flexibility was imperative, as the best laid plans did require executing a backup plan.
